Time flies when you're having fun. And we've been having fun for 12 years now so it was with some sadness that we filmed our last wedding over the weekend. Chris and Beck were the perfect couple to film for our big finale. Such lovely people and in such beautiful surrounds we felt blessed to be a part of their special day.Read More
As I was putting together today's teaser I keep feeling my face break-out in a great big grin. And not just because this was such a fun couple to film.
I realised the biggest smiles appeared on my face whenever I was editing a shot of Roxy. Because Roxy is always smiling and she has the biggest, most infectious smile you’ve ever seen.
Add to that the bride’s Dad (a complete crack-up), some witty personalised vows from the Bride and Groom, and a sterling Best Man speech that had all of us chuckling away and you’ve got a recipe for a day full of smiles, fun and laughter.
You'll see a little slice of those vows and that Best Man speech in today's teaser, filmed on a beautiful fine autumn Mother's Day in Noosa.
Enjoy the teaser and I challenge you not to smile.
Once in a lifetime,
you find someone who
touches not only your heart,
but also your soul.
These words were part of a reading at Kara and Craig's wedding on Saturday.
And how true! For these two souls were destined to be entwined forever.
As the sun rose over Montville and Maleny on the Blackall Range these two were getting ready in the company of their many, many friends and family.
The ceremony, in the Weddings at Tiffany’s chapel, was officiated by a good friend of the bride and as the evening progressed it became harder and harder to keep people off the dancefloor before the bride and groom could have their first dance.
But no-one really seemed to mind. After all, how can you stop people from celebrating such a happy event?
Kara and Craig have a lifetime of happiness ahead of them together as each other’s “once in a lifetime”.
Central Queensland. Every time we go there it's different.
Last time it was dry and brown. This time the rains had come and we were treated to lush green countryside.
Another thing we were treated to was the great company and lively celebrations for Regan and Tahlia's wedding day. Everyone was determined to have a great time and show this wonderful couple as much love and affection as they could. Family and friends all recounted fond memories of great times shared with this lovely couple and once the formalities were over nobody wanted to miss their turn on the dance floor.
So many lovely touches made the day special - from the Bride's rings (custom designed by the Groom) the Bomboniere for the guests featuring little elements from the couple's cattle station and a cake that looked almost too good to eat.
Congratulations Regan & Tahlia. May your pastures always be green.
What a beautiful day. Our last wedding at Maleny Manor for 2015 and boy was it a special one.
Chris our Groom spent the morning getting ready in Caloundra while Vanessa the Bride prepared for her big day at The Manor and while the weather wasn't quite living up to everyone's expectations it did clear up in time for the photoshoot which is always nice.
The Groom was a little nervous as his beautiful bride came down the aisle but I think the minister was even more nervous, as you will see in the teaser.
Once the sun set we all enjoyed a great evening of fine food and wine, some fun speeches and even more fun dancing. It was a great day. We hope you enjoy this little glimpse into what went on.
Congratulations on "sealing the deal" Vanessa and Chris.

Jimbour - out West near Dalby - makes a picturesque location for a wedding.
Sarah and Gareth were married at Jimbour Station a place steeped in history and heritage. The beautiful surrounds and impressive historic mansion were eclipsed only by the bride herself.Read More
After a week of afternoon storms the sun rose and shone brightly all day for this beautiful wedding at Flaxton Gardens last Thursday.
Alysha & Angus had a day full of special touches. Alysha was married in her mother's wedding dress. Angus wore the tie pin his own grandfather wore at his wedding. And while there were many elements that looked to the past it was this couple's future that everyone was focussed on.
My favourite moment comes right at the start of the teaser when Angus' sisters read a little poem about things that "go together". Simple fun and full of delight it was a lovely addition and one we've not heard before.
Alysha and Angus - we wish you a lifetime of togetherness.
The day was perfect. Neither too hot nor too cool. Goldilocks weather one might say.
Being recent imports from the Northern Territory the Groom and his relatives were pleased about this. Suits were not a part of their daily life and overheating in one was no-one's idea of fun.Read More
The Father-Of-The-Bride speech is always one of my favourites. It holds many opportunities for humour, tears, and occasionally sound advice.
At Kate & Drew’s wedding on Saturday we saw all these things and more.Read More

This teaser only shares such a small part of this day but covers so much. It was a beautiful occasion in many ways. The guests were clearly the focus of this celebration.Read More
We’ve featured Graham Hobson in our Talent Pool before. On that occasion he was part of the “Supersonic Duo”. Today he’s here just as himself.
(He also comes as part of a trio if you need a bigger ensemble. He’s really quite versatile.)Read More

These guys are so cute together. Simple love, acceptance and good old joking.
He says it was ‘love at first sight’ and she confesses that it was only a couple of days till she knew he was the one. Both the bride and groom have big personalities and much love to give. Shown in the the size of their bridal parties! Their love extends to many, with friends right back from primary school. Just being around them you can see the respect their friends hold for them but they certainly get their share of teasing.Read More
What a fun day! This couple know how to laugh, laugh together and laugh at each other and with their ‘unbeatable adorability’ they fit together well. The groom is a big karaoke fan and after being teased by his wife-to-be to sing his speech he decided to include a meaningful song lyric here and there.Read More
This was always going to be an emotional day. This couple and their family have had a challenging journey filled with many struggles but also many victories.
