The vows we make on our wedding day are some of the most special, intimate and beautiful words we will ever say. We had the complete honour of being witness to Brooke and Simon's wedding vows to each other.
Choosing to share their vows with each other for the first time during their wedding ceremony it was a beautiful, quiet moment as Simon made his promises first. They both felt nervous that their words wouldn't be good enough but I'm sure you'll agree they were just perfect.
As always what we can share with you today is just one small part of such an amazing day. The girls were quite subdued during the morning, just relaxing and taking their time getting ready. Luckily for Brooke her girls were more nervous than she was which I think helped take her mind off the big day. The boys were even more relaxed, rocking out the cricket bat for a hit and then walking the short distance from Simon & Brooke's home to the ceremony.
It was a real pleasure for us to be back in Toowoomba. Brooke tells me that we were the first supplier she booked when they got engaged! After filming her sister Kara's wedding in 2011 we must have made an impression. Remember this one: Kara + Shane | The Cake, The Helicopter and The Pageboy
As at Kara & Shane's wedding the couple were very respectful to their parents and grandparents honouring the role they each have had in their lives individually and now as a new family.
Congratulations Brooke and Simon! What an amazing day! We wish you every happiness as the years roll by. xx
